Mr Rakesh Singh, Thanks for the query. Fasting glucose 180 mg & PP 299 mg show that your diabetes is uncontrolled. That means present dosage and medications are not adequate. There is a need to upgrade the treatment by adding some additional drug and also changing current dosage. Plus there is a need to give a closer look at your dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise and weight. In such a situation adding a tablet like the one mentioned will be not much benefit. Because Ayurvedic drugs have hardly any proven glucose reducing effect. But you may still try the same. But please look at the other aspects. Thanks.
