Few days back I felt itching in my penis, that time I didn't notice much, next day I saw my penis tip is bit swollen, and since then it is just like that, as I try to retract back my foreskin it pains and it got teared at some parts .what should I do to get rid of swelling. As I understand it is problem balanitis (balanoposthitis) kindly help me.
