Hello It will take around 2-4 weeks for you start seeing some positive changes. Some people may start seeing changes early. Also discuss with your doctor about dose which needs to be increased to gradually to 50 mgs after 1 or 2 weeks for better response. Sometimes dose needs to be increased further ( Many people take 100 mgs. Maximum is 200 mgs daily). Hope this helps
