I am a tramadol addict I take 500 mg tramadol per day I try to my best but not reduce dose, now what to do please help me.

Tramadol is an opioid painkiller and its addiction needs to be treated by a psychiatrist (not all all do) who treat opioid addiction. So consult in person, get evaluated and you can recover with good motivation and some help. Good luck.

it is sad that you are dependent on tramadol at this young age.
Please reduce and stop it. You have to take help to keep your motivational level high to fight with withdrawal. Help has to be from friends, relatives, doctors, deaddiction and rehab centers, etc. It is a continuous slow process of withdrawal over probably next 12 weeks.
