Myself sweta aged 24 carrying a 31 week foetus. My blood test report showed high tsh-4.7 in sep 19.(2nd trimester). However, it was overlooked by my doctor. Just last week he noticed tsh-7 and advised eltroxin 50 mg daily. This is my first issue and I am worried if it will affect my baby health. Please suggest me dos and don'ts in food habit to control my thyroid levels.
