My baby is 2 year old now but he is unable to tell words or understand anything I ask him to. I think his brain development is slow or I do not know what else. I have shown him to many doctors but all say that he is normal like any other child of this age. I have seen babies of his age and they speak two words together and do whatever we ask them to do but my child do not understand anything I ask him to. Suggest me something.

Your child may be a late bloomer with a slight delay in speech development if he is normal in all respects like growth and development parameters. You can try speech training by yourself giving him training by slowly asking o repeat each word after you say it. It will take time and you will succeed anyway.
