My dad is using cetapin xr 1000 once in a day before bed. Usually his sugar level stays normal but sometimes the after lunch sugar level spikes to 180. Is it advisable to take cetapin xr 500 twice a day i.e. Morning and night instead of cetapin xr 1000 once. Coz before food sugar level is normal. Please suggest. Thanks!
