From past 1 month my niece (age 2.5 years) urinates frequently and have pain or burning sensation and doctor suggested to do urine routine and urine culture. On 11 jan 2020 test was done and culture report was positive and e.coli yields >100000 cfu/ml gram negative bacilli seen and again on 18 jan 2020 same test was done but in another laboratory the culture result is no growth sterile. So suggest me which one to believe.
