Hello doctors, my semen analysis report is as below. We are trying for 2nd baby and I am extremely worried about 20% of sperms being abnormal (against morphology). Can someone please advise if this is normal and there is absolutely nothing to worry. * semen examination investigation result reference range method physical examination appearance: whitish volume: 2 ml liquefaction time: 20 minutes <= 30 minutes chemical examination fructose: present microscopic examination sperm count: 180 million/ml motility: 80 % progressive motility: 70% non-progressive motility: 10% nonmotile: 20% morphology: 80% - normal 20% - abnormal with bent neck, coiled tail and double head. Impression: normospermia.
