Can I use lidocaine spray for premature ejaculation? My penis is erected very very hard. But when I penetrate into vagina after some stroke I can not hold. My wife sounds and pleasure and some talking I turned very much and can not hold to ejaculate. I have a problem with premature ejaculation.
