Good morning doctor, my son is 25 days old, his stomach will become hard, if I put drops colicaid, then he will do toilet, he will be normal, he has cold also when he breath, he breathes with sound. Please suggest me medicines doctor.

For cold normally baby will have nasal blockade due to nasal secretions and that will give rise to sound during breathing while baby is at ease he will able to take breath from the mouth so there will not be any problem but when you will try to feed him he will have breathing difficulty and because of that he will not able to feed well you can use saline nasal drops to clear his nose write every feed and while you are hearing sounds while breath no other medicine required but in case of not feeding well, fever, irritability and severe breathing difficulty kindly consult your near by paediatrician thank you.
