I'm jai, vertigo trigger 18 july 22 july went to the general physician, check my bp 160/100 he gave me these tablet inderal on 23 to 24 july yes, I had taken inderal la (b.p.) tablet only for 2 days then I quit it, still vertigo or dizziness continue then I ordered some vitamin d tablet taken 3 days before vertin then I went to other doc. On 27 aug. He gave me vertin 16 tablet after taking 2 days, I found swelling start one of my below left ear, I stopped the tablet course now since then whenever I ate sour or high sugar fruits foods swelling start below my ear & pain in both ear, otherwise it become normal vitamin d == 21% hba1c == 5 random sugar == 84 tsh == 5.14 creatinine == 0.80 crp == 0.43 esr == 2 somehow vertigo gone.
