Hi, I was wondering if taking norethisterone to post pone my period would be the right thing to do, I have an event coming in 2 weeks and i?m sure my period is going to come at that time, I heard that taking those pills helps to post pone it but it?s a hormone and i?ve been on birth control before and had a lot of negative side effects like really really bad mood swings, I was fighting with people all the time (also struggled with sickness) and I don?t want that to happen again. Is it a possibility? Do you think i?ll have any side effects if I just post pone my period for 7 days and then never again? If it?s a huge risk and the pill is close to birth control i?m not sure if I should take it. Waiting for an answer, thank you.

There are hormonal drugs for same, but any drug can be prescribed by the only doctor who has examined you or can examine you so go to such medical practitioner. All hormonal drugs for this may cause mood swings temporarily.
