On 18 DEC 2019 I shouted very loudly from then I am unable to speak in my normal voice, ent doctor prescribed various antibiotics, betadine gargle, but I am not getting my voice back, whenever I try to speak in little loud tone throat hurt, I can not even laugh, please help.
