Hi I just got a blood test and turned out my vitamin b12 and vitamin d levels are low my vitamin b came up 172 and vitamin d came at 17pg/l im 27 and im a non vegetarian how can my vitamin b levels come down? Is there are specific reason for it to come down what additional tests have to be done to find out the cause for my vitamin deficiency.
