Please suggest any ointment for piles and fissure. They are severe. I have been using himalayan pilex since a month but that is of no use pls suggest any other ointment.

besides do sitz baths thrice a day and take lots of fluids veggies n fruits..

No fried/ junk/ spicy food
no alcohol
no smoking
walk 30 mts daily
do deep breathing exercise for 10 mts
