My sugar level is 319 fasting pp is 389. cholesterol 400. Taking medicine as well as sadabahar pasta and methi powder. What kind of exercise is good for me? Running or walking or gym? please guide me doc said I can not do exercise now. I can do it when my sugar will b below 200 mg.
