I am 29 year old and I am trying to conceive. Usually my cycle length are 32 days. Last month I had femara from day 3rd to day 7 and my period came on 29th day. And this is my second cycle with femara and today 44th day and still there is no period and pregnancy test is negative. Does femara delay period?

This medicine does not delay period. But here, probably you did not have ovulation after taking the medicines. So next cycle, when you will take this medicine, you should go for TVS Follicular Study
