Central nervous system: abnormal electroencephalogram, ataxia, confusion, drowsiness, drug-induced extrapyramidal reaction cardiovascular: edema, syncope gastrointestinal: constipation, nausea dermatologic: skin rash endocrine & metabolic: change in libido, menstrual disease hematologic: agranulocytosis hepatic: hepatic insufficiency, jaundice ? others: paradoxical reaction, bone marrow depression.
