My mother is suffering of parkinson since 2013 and she is currently on syncapone 100 mg 3 times/day now of late the medicine doesn't work consistent or wears-off and her left leg is restlessly shaking since the onset of the medicine and especially on the last dose of the day. Should the dose needs to be adjusted or is there another medicine alternatively?
