I'm 26 years old. My vdrl is positive up to 8.i regularly use althrocin tab 4 per day. Last 4 days back side of my penis seen a ulcer type. Why should I do. Please help.

Effective antibiotic treatment is a key component of syphilis control programs. The recommended treatment for uncomplicated, early syphilis in adults is penicillin g benzathine administered intramuscularly (i.m.) as a single dose of 2.4 million units (mu). This form of the drug provides weeks of treponemicidal levels of penicillin in the blood, though it does not efficiently cross the blood-brain barrier. Because there are no proven alternatives to penicillin those who are penicillin allergic should be desensitized and then treated with penicillin g benzathine.
