I'm 21 years old female my weight is 54 my height is 5 3" and i've pcos from last 5 years. In these 5 years I consulted both an endocrinologist as well as a gynecologist. My symptoms for pcos were reduced and my ultrasound report was also normal but then with my own bad eating habits it came back again. I was on metformin diagnosis for about 2 years. Now from last 3 months my gynecologist gave me dronis 30 which is a contraceptive pill. I'm not sure if I should continue taking these pills. My doctor told me to have the medicine for 6 months. From sometime now i'm having issues like high pulsebrate, breathlessness, chest pain and low blood pressure. Can you please tell me what should I really do. Should I continue my course for 6 months or not. Even though my periods are on time now.

The course is of 6 months but with the side effects you have, you can discontinue it. There are some non hormonal options available for pcos. If you like you can ask your treating doctor or take online consultation.
