I consulted gynecologist. But it doesn't work to me. I even tried by placing copper T but no effect. Please Dr. Help me here. If Pelvic USG reveals no significant pathology in uterus or adnexa, medicated IUD (Mirena) is the best option for you. Thermal balloon ablation of endometrium, hysteroscopic endometrial resection, oral Tab Saheli /Sivesta, and hysterectomy are other options.

You need to see a Gynecologist in person as you will again need a few tests doing as well a pelvic examination. If conservative treatments fail then further surgery has to be discussed. Also a Copper T does not help with heavy periods. A mirena coil which is a hormonal coil may.
