Hello sir, my problem is my penis head has became extremely sensitive than before it feels like paining when I touch. Last time I had sex, I had no issue for ejaculation but after that I feel pain in abdomen and left shaft. And now I have to urinate a lot like 15-20 times a day and also facing pre mature ejaculation. I have good pelvic muscle, I can hold pee anytime for anytime I want. When I do kegel exercise I can hold pelvic muscle for 15-20 sec. My urine and blood report are normal, I have varicocele grade 2 in both testicles and left is paining. And even before getting hard, my semen come out like I just can not hold it. I also have good morning erections when I sleep at right or left side (no semen discharge issue) but painful erection when I sleep straight. And I can also see dorsal veins enlarged on my penis all sudden. Kindly help. I am feeling depressed due to this. I had good sex life and now I feeling its sleeping away. Thank you.
