First its not for irregular periods. Folinal Plus Tablet is used as a health supplement and as an adjuvant therapy. It is a rich source of Vitamin B12 that helps our nervous system and also makes red blood cells. Second u need to find out the cause of irregular periods then treat that cause. Get ur thyroid profile, CBC, FSH, Prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen. For more details u can consult me.
