Hello sir my name is raghu. Sir I am suffering from semen leakage when I go to toilet or urinate. I took sanyashi weight gainer to build body 3 year before. When I stop to take medicine. My hole body was burning from acidic infection mostly in my throat and urine bladder. Small red spot seeing in my throat from inside. My face looking like monkey. Dark circle in my eye. I took many medicine from clinic but no result. Temporary using cetrizine. But this is not permanent solution. My most problem is semen leakage and infection. please help me.

This condition is divided into two categories: (1) in which patients exhibit�spermatorrhea�during sleep accompanied by dreaming, and (2) in which patients experience�spermatorrhea�during sleep without dreaming, or even while conscious during the day. If a patient has spermatorrhea more than two or three times a week or during the day in combination with dizziness, no energy, weakness of legs and low back, and insomnia, it is considered a pathological disorder.� you need to be investigated and treated accordingly kindly get the following tests done and send me the reports 1) urine routine, microscopy 2) usg kub with post void residual urine 3) urine culture.
