Sir I am 54 years male today I checked my blood sugar it was shown 230 fasting blood sugar and 324 post prandial blood sugar today I consulted endocrinologist he suggest me some intake food and gave me some tablets metformin hydrochloride prolonged release and glimepiride tables for before breakfast and metformin hydrochloride extended release tables (metgem 500) is it safe to have this tablets and tell me can I reduce my blood sugar with these tablets along with some diet and I am 59 kg weight with 5.2 height now I am suffering from some cough is it related to sugar or some other please tell me is there any useful by having and can I reduce mg blood sugar with these tablets please tell me sir and suggest me some other remedies for reducing my sugar level please sir please.
