My treating psychiatrist has recently prescribed me lamotrigine 25 mg tablet for its mood stabilizing effects. I take this along with my antidepressants. Just wish to know, how much time lamotrigine 25 usually take to augment mood for patients of depression. I do take counseling as well. Thanks.

Lamotrigine is usually titrated up gradually, but do not do it on your own. The psychiatrist will peridocally assess the benefits and risks and reach the optimal level, for some it may be 100, for some much higher. Good luck.
