My wife is 8 weeks pregnant up until 3 to 4 days earlier she was vomiting 3 to 4 times a day .since 3 days ago she has vomited 2 times in evening day before yesterday and 1 time in morning yesterday .also she was very weak until 3 days ago now she was working for 2 hours yesterday is this the sign of miscarriage.
