Typical pcod patients will have pearly white ovaries, with irregular cycles because of anovulation. Usg will show peripherally placed immature follicles. The hormone lh will be elevated preventing ovulation. I wud suggest strict dieting to reduce minimum of 10 kg & exercises like walking. Medication wil take time to correct horminal imbalance. You are 27 years now. The best option is to get married and to undergo laparoscopic ovarian drilling. Then ovulation induction to be done. The whole hormonal problem will be corrected and soon you will have a baby to smile at you. Warm regards.
