I am 61 years old male and have prostate enlarge for last three years. I have feel pain during urinate which is not released easily, I will take 1 minutes (not be in one go). I have used a medicine, silodal 8 mg which give some relief but it's not gave permanent cured solution. What should I do for this decease treatment?
