My son suffering from cough from 1 week. It will be more while sleeping in day it will be normal. We are giving now macbery xt syrup.

Hii. Cough during sleep can be due to sinusitis or enlarged adenoid glands. Please do a x ray sinus and soft tissue neck lateral view to see adenoids. Start metaspray at night, steam inhalation and betadine or warm saline gargle.
