I have stopped duphaston (i had a simple ovarian cyst then) in november 2019. Because my pcod profile was completely normal. From then, my cycles have gone irregular. I have been spotting for 15 days every month in january, feb and march. I am really worried about my irregular periods.

You are in the perimenopausal age group.(nearing menopause) there is nothing to worry about irregular periods now. If there is excessive bleeding, it can be treated with nor hormonal drugs. Get a d&c done and wait for report. After seeing report, cyclical hormone can be given for 3 to 6 months. Simple ovarian cyst also will regress after hormone treatment.
