My wife, romy mukherjee age is now 48 years. She had admitted into hospital for a major surgery i.e ovary, uterus & fallopian tubes was removed from the body due to tumor develops in uterus and multiple cysts in ovary just three & half months back .after being successfully discharged from hospital, she is suffering from pain after 20 days from discharge ,which develops temporarily at any time of the day from her thai mussels towards foot (specially right leg) ever more or less at home and there is no limit of intensity of her pain .when it is unbearable to her ,she takes one paracetamol-750 for temporary relief of pain. My question is now ,how will she heal? Any massage or exercise or any medical treatment is required? Please let me suggest at the earliest. Thank you.

First of all, get a pelvic scan dome to exclude the possibility of a stump hematoma infected. If there is a posotive finding like a pelvic mass, she requires a re laparotomy to clear the hematoma. Blood picture will also be a guide. She requires surgical treatment. She may require blood transfusion if hemoglobin is low.
