It can be because of many reasons like thyroid or dm or ibs or pcos. It can be one or more problems at the same time. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, fsh, prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. A sudden weight loss of 6 to 7 kgs does need an evaluation by a clinician. And keeping in mind the other symptoms you expressed I suggest you to get a blood check for esr and thyroid profile and a liver function test. Most of the complaints you are experiencing may have an underlying althered health condition and have to evaluate in a provisional diagnosis of tuberculosis/thyroid function or a sub clinical hepatitis infection. Advise you to consult your family physician to get diagnosed earlier as it can be treated.
