Actually mam I had swelling in parotid gland in front of ear like separate mass ,ultrasound showed 6 mm nodule in parenchyma ,on ct scan showed few intraparotid lymph node with largest measuring 14. 2 mm ,likely parotitis with intraparotid lymph node, fnac of lump showed chronic sialenditis ,is there any homeopathy treatment for this because allopathy medicine till now not showing any improvement in painless swelling. It is same as it is, all blood test tc, dc are normal.
