Hi doctor. My age is 26 yrs. My right ovary: 36*31*26 mm, volume: 16.3 cc and left ovary: 31*21*28 mm volume: 10.3 cc and minimal free fluid noted in p.o.d.plz tell me my ovaries are normal in size and cycle also not regular. We planning for kid and I am not using any medicine.

Your ovaries are enlarged, normally ovarian volume should be <10 cc. Enlarged ovarian volume with irregular periods commonest cause is pcod ,send me your ultrasound film ,after seeing it will advice you medicines ,once situation normalizes consult a gynaecologist in person so that you can be further investigated and fertility treatment started.

Please repeat sonography after your menses. If cysts persists you need to start treatment. Also get a fertility profile done sice youre planning to conceive.
