My father is 62 years old. He has complaints of vertigo since 3 days and consulted doctor. The doctor prescribed tablet stablanz bd. There is no decrease in complaints and also he had 4 episodes of vomiting yesterday. He experiences vertigo on supine position but it is absent in right and left lateral recumbent positions. What should be done doctor?

Please get his bp and sugars tested first then plan for any treatment for giddiness, it could be a high bp troubling him, if his bp and sugar is normal then we can plan for treatment for giddiness considering it to be vertigo. If possible do video consult so that I can advise for exercises as well for giddiness.
