Now next medicine is daonil m which is not in market so other options is insulin. please suggest is sugar level hampers baby's health after birth. Or can be there any complications. I'm too worried.

Tell me first whether it is fasting blood sugar level or after food. If it is after food it is normal. If it is fasting, get it controlled with human insulin mixtard (30/70) using a smaller dose 5-0-3 iu. Along with glyciphage, as you are 34wks. Repeat fbs, ppbs every third day. Never allow fbs to go below 100mgm/dl. Pregnancy to be terminated on completing 37wks. Close monitoring with usg needed for biophysical profile. You will get sugar control and will get a healthy baby.
