Query recived after 3 months. Piriton for allergy and cold, nebulisation for wheeze and chest congestion for few days could have been tried. Bacoclav is an antibiotic suitable only for heavy infection and to be given only on docor's prescription. Consult your child specialist for advise on safe medicines to be kept at house seperately for fever, cold and cough and instructions on use of nebulisation.
