I am 27 years old having pcod. I have been having metformin and contraceptives since last month after I was diagnosed. Now I am undergoing menstruation. My question is that today after having severe cramps I found something came out of my vagina with the blood which was of a muscular form. Is that the cyst? I mean can cysts come out during periods? As soon as that came out the cramp got cured even without medicines.

No, its not cyst. Cyst dissolves over a period of time, they dont come out. As cyst is in ovary n menstrual bleeding is because of shedding of lining of uterus.

Polycystic ovary syndrome will remind there even if you have regular periods later on in your life it doesn't remove with just the thing but if you are having a regular period nothing to be worried.
