Hii lybrate-user, if the ear pain is associated with common cold, it may be a ear infection which needs antibiotics and nasal drops. If its just ear pain on opening mouth/ yawning/ chewing - it may be due to inflammation in temporomandibular joint for which you require antiinflammatory drugs you can have ear pain because of dental caries, tonsillitis, sinusitis, pharyngitis etc. For all these ear drops is not gonna help please contact for more information thank you.
