I am 14+ years old and a girl and I am taking foracort rotacaps everyday because I have shortness of breath and wheezing approx after every 24 hours. I want to leave this habit. Pls help.

Dear lybrate-user if you are still having shortness of breath, perhaps a dose increment is required after doing a lung function test. Inhalers are the best way to treat asthma with no side effects so do not worry about it being a habit if inhalers are taken correctly, at this age, there are very high chances that they will be stopped in a while. Most teenagers recover completely before adulthood. So please do not worry and consult your chest physician regards.
