I am 28 years old. I have pcos and am trying to conceive since 2.5 years. My doctor gave 10 shots of fsh injection to increase the size of my eggs. On 12th march, I have done tvs test and got to know the size of my egg was 18.5. My doctor asked me to try for next three consecutive days and do pregnancy test after 15 days. My test is negative and no sign of period also. In these days I used to take duphaston two times. What should I do now?

Hi lybrate-user, fone through your history you were given fsh injection for 10 days generally it is given in ivf cycle mostly, as your cycle is ovulation induction and planned relationship (atleast seems to be) ,in such cycle after 15 to 20 days of duphastone tablet, we generally do a blood test (beta hcg) to see whether you concieved or not ,if not then we stop all medicine including duphastone to allow your menses to come.
