Hello doctors. Pls help. Mera pehle miscarriage hua tha fir ek baby b hua tha jo ambiguous genitalia disorder leke paida hua tha. Par wo 1 year 2 month age pe mara gaya tha. Abi me fir se conceive karne ki kosis kar rai hu. Par mera period irregular ho rai he n mujhe pcos bhi he. Maine deviry 10 tab li hu 8 din ho gaya q k pichle 2 month se period bandh he. Pregnancy test bhi negative he kya karu jo k mera period ho jaye pls help.

You have to undergo chromsome analysis for both the partners to exclude chromosomal anomalies. Tsh must be brought to 2.5.m.i.u complete hemogram must be done. Fbs & ppbs and hga1c should also be done. You should exclude family h/o of congenital anomalies. If all these tests are within normal limits, you can plan pregnancy after starting folic acid orally, one month prior. Even after conceiving there are tests like usg to check nuchal translucency at 12 weeks, and anomaly scan at 18wks will also be useful.
