I earlier had a problem of kind of pus near by kidney, got surgery but again after 1 years got it back so consulted other doc n was advised to take saltum 375 n zich 200 for infection becoz there was urine issue then it was resolved but now again same symptoms have started, can I know the reason of it n how to avoid it every time to happen?
