First I got infected with cold and cough on 19th march, I got a cough syrup (choco dx) and tablets (almok 500, nimesulide and 1 from zydus fortiza) from a medical shop. The moment cold and cough cured bowel movements and stomach upset started from 25th march. I consulted a (dr md physician) he advised me of o2 and nexpro rd 40. After having it for 2 days symptoms a little bit reduced but now I am feeling the same symptoms like it used to be earlier. My body temp remains below 98�f, but body feels hot, mouth taste changed, loss of appetite even a single bread I can not eat, gas burps are frequent, stool is like pulpy and brown in color and I am not getting energy at all, every time I feel sleepy. Please advice I want to get cured very soon.
