Hello I have pcos and regular period from last a year except 1 or 2 month, taken letrozole treatment from my near by gynecologist and this month my period is missed and its 7th day after period date, also I have urine test 2 times and both time I shown a faint line. Please suggest what to do now? Am I pregnant or not? Also I have some symptoms like abdominal pain, pain near nipple and wakeup early in the morning than can't sleep please tell me its confusion.

Hello lybrate-user, yes faint line means there is a pregnancy, but to more sure about it, it is advisable to do a simple blood test (beta hcg) or repeat urine test after 4 or 5 days .it any of above test is positive then visit your gynec and get a sonography done to confirm location of pregnancy first. About your other symptoms it is generally refere to pregnancy related changes.
