Hello I am 32 year old and I have pcos. My skin is extremely pigmented so my doctor recommended melalite xl. I have been using this cream since last two years but its makes my skin sensitive and red. 15 gm cream lasts for 7 months which means I use less quantity along with moisturizer daily but it really makes my skin red the next day and it also clears dark spots. What should I do.

Melalite contains steroid, it should be used for only prescribed duration otherwise you will face still serious adverse effects please stop the cream.

Melalite xl cream contains steroids (mometasone) and hence it is not meant for long term use. It makes skin sensitive and thin. Please consult your doctor for alternate treatment.
