I am 40 years old woman. I am having bipolar affective disorder. I am not in mood to do any work. I feel low energy, low willpower and no enthusiasm. I am computer teacher. I feel like leaving the job. I find difficult to do job. I am unable to concentrate on my job. I am taking medicines licab xl 400, lorasure 2 and trinicalm plus. Pls guide.

Licab is good but lorasure and trinicalm plus can themselves be the reason for bringing you down. There are medications like lamotrigine and others, which needs to be prescribed after psychiatrist consultation along with others, which can really make your mood up. Get a second opinion from any psychiatrist. Good luck.
